posted Apr 18, 2018, 5:24 AM by Assistant Principal Landivar   [ updated Apr 18, 2018, 5:28 AM ]
In the words of Terrel J. Stowers, Executive Director:  "Every great accomplishment rests on the foundation of what came before it; when you trace it back, you'll see one small step that started it all."
All members, families and community are invited to the Cobra Performing Arts, Inc Exhibit dedicated to the History of Marching Bands and Why We March.
The Exhibition combines the many layers of the research and performance project into an immersive installation. Please visit this Exhibit!

Running everyday through June 9th at 97 Kenmare Street - Downtown Manhattan

The Theme “Marching On” ultimately celebrates historical and contemporary forms of Marching by reflecting on the power of this type of movement to articulate cultural heritage in moments of rapid change.  This is not just a band or arts organization but a movement.

Empowering Our Youth One Beat In Time.

Special thanks to Columbia University, Storefront for Art and Architecture, Exhibition Curators & Designers Bryony Roberts and Mabel Wilson
